Trial run this biggest single set machine for our American old customer.
The machine is 4 pillar/column structure, 1000 ton working pressure with 915x915mm heating platen size.
We adopts cast steel oil cylinder to ensure it can stand the super high working pressure.
And these batch machine is very special, because the customer need as high as 500℃ working temperature.
We adopts best heat insulator for it.
This is our pride, in China, only we have experience for it.

Siemens PLC and touch screen.
With pressure transmitter adopted, so the work pressure can be easily adjusted
on the touch screen in the unit of ton or Mpa.
The machine has two assist cylinders for fast action.
